Terms & Conditions
Plain terms for how we scope work, invoice, handle advertising budgets and hand over ownership.
Scope of work
Every engagement is defined in a written scope agreed before work begins. Packages listed on our pricing page describe typical inclusions; the agreed scope is what governs delivery.
Fees and payment
Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance of the service period. Project work is invoiced according to the milestones in the agreed scope. Work may be paused where an invoice remains unpaid.
Advertising spend
Advertising and media spend is not included in our fees. Clients fund their own budgets directly with Meta, Google, TikTok or any other platform, and those platforms bill the client directly.
Results
We commit to strategy, execution quality and reporting. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, rankings, revenue or engagement figures, as performance depends on factors including market conditions, product, pricing and budget.
Client responsibilities
- Timely access to accounts, assets and approvals needed to deliver the work.
- Accurate product, offer and pricing information used in campaigns and content.
- Rights to any brand assets, images or copy supplied to us.
Ownership
On full payment, final delivered assets belong to the client. Ad accounts, pages, domains and analytics properties we set up are created under client ownership from the start.
Revisions and cancellation
Revision rounds are defined per deliverable in the agreed scope. Either party may end a monthly engagement with written notice before the next billing period; work already delivered remains payable.
